ASTAR provides support FREE for 12 months from date of shipment. After, support is available hourly or on an annual agreement.

ASTAR warrants its licensed software against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. It also warrants its licensed software to substantially achieve the functionality described in ASTAR's marketing materials. ASTAR does not warrant, however, that use of the software will be uninterrupted or that the operation of the software will be error-free. IF a software problem occurs, ASTAR will attempt to correct the problem and send you a corrected version of the software at no charge (If a correction can be made).
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purchase of System. ASTAR hereby grants to Purchaser a non-transferable, non-exclusive license ("License") to use the Software delivered. Title in, ownership of, and all rights associated with the Software Products shall remain vested in ASTAR. Purchaser is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes or assessments for the purchase and use of the Software. Software is not returnable unless written approval to return provided by ASTAR, Inc.
Limitation of Liability. ASTAR AND THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF USE) OR ANY COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCT ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR RESULTS OF USE OF, THE SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO THE FUNCTIONING THEREOF.
